The evolution of views on the essence of the pathology, the diversity of clinicalomorphological forms of intestinal implementation, the transformation of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, due to new Knowledge about the anatomy and physiology of the intestine in childhood, the introduction of progressive technologies for examining and treatment of patients, including surgical. For the first time, issues regarding the disease are discussed from the standpoint of the physiological patterns of intestinal blood flow as the basis of the concept of pathogenesis of intestinal invariation.
