Investigation of crimes committed by arson and as a result of violation of fire safety requirements

The manuals are considered: the legal support of the investigation of crimes committed by arson and as a result of violations of fire safety requirements; A brief criminal legal characteristic of crimes related to fires, methods of committing arson, as well as the tactics of performing basic investigative actions; General legal and organizational issues of the activities of bodies that carry out a preliminary investigation of crimes related to fires, including their system, tasks and functions. The problems of technical and forensic support for the investigation of fires are set out. The legislation is provided as of December 2016. The manual is intended for investigators of internal affairs bodies and persons performing inquiry. It can also be used in research activities, the educational process for the students of educational institutions of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, including the fire and technical profile.
