In the proposed textbook, a course of investment law is comprehensively set out. The general provisions of investment law are highlighted, the analysis of the legal status of subjects and the legal regime of investment activities, the legal forms of its implementation are described, attention is paid to individual agreements (special investment contract, agreements on public-private, private partnerships, concession agreements, and dividing agreements on the division products). The problems of foreign investments are presented, as well as investment activities in territories with a special legal regime for entrepreneurial activity (special economic zones, the territory of ahead of socio-economic development, special administrative areas). Forms of collective investment and investment activities in the securities market are considered. Digital technologies in the field of crowdfunding and crowdinvesting are shown, including on the basis of foreign experience and emerging Russian legislation.

The peculiarity of the textbook is the consideration of the legal regulation of investment activities on Russian legislation, as well as by the right of the WTO and the EAEU. The foundations of legal support of investment activities in the BRICS countries are presented.
