Invisible abuse - the treasure of Orthodox ascetic literature. It was created in the 18th century by the Athos monk, Nicodemus Svyatogorets. To this day, “invisible abuse” is recognized as the most important guidance for spiritual life not only for monks, but also for all laity. For this publication, for the first time, work was done on compiling a special addition to the classic text. In each chapter you will find brief explanations and theses designed to facilitate reading, study and memorization. They will help beginners in faith, become an incentive for further thought and give the reader of the fortress on the spiritual path.
