Iris Dutch is a hybrid form that came from crossing different types of xyphium (Kasatikov family). They differ from true irises in that the underground storing organ is not a rhizome, but a small elongated bulb; It dies annually, forming several subsidiaries and children. Ember - the height of the plant 60 cm. A charming bright variety, can be both a favorite of compositions, or shade lighter flowers, creating contrasting and voluminous masterpieces. The upper petals are lilac, the lower - saturated -bearded with a bright yellow spot. In the sun they play with all shades from light purple to bronze-red gamut. Resistant to bad weather. It blooms for a long time. The mixing: open sunny areas: fertile light soils with a neutral environmental reaction.
