In the late XIX - beginning of the 20th century, it was widespread in the Jewish environment. The main centers of the Jewish postcard were Germany, part of Poland, included in the Russian Empire, and the USA. Illustrations on Jewish cards reflected the diverse Jewish world of that era: its traditions and customs, general and family holidays, life and pressing problems. Starting with postcards dedicated to Jewish holidays, we plan to further introduce readers with postcards reflecting other aspects of Jewish life, Jewish traditions that are still alive.
