The most important part of the literature in the Yiddish is a literary fairy tale in which the traditions of medieval book and folklore motifs are connected to the avant -garde trends of the twentieth century. This alloy gives the Jewish fairy tale a special, only inherent originality. This collection includes the works of the classics of Jewish literature - Izkhoka Laibusha Peresa, Mani Leib, ICIC Mangor, as well as writers who are not known in Russia: mysticism der Nister, the Ansky’s folklorist, Moishe Broderzone.
