The Book of the Jewish War, consisting of seven volumes, was written in the 75th year in the ancient Greek language.
The first two volumes are the history of the Jewish people, starting with the events in Judea during the war of the Antiochus of Epiphanes and the subsequent uprising of the Maccabans and, until the defeat of 66, the rebellious Jews of the Roman Syrian ruler.
Subsequent ones Books contain a detailed description of the events of the Jewish war of the 66th - 71 years, including the siege of the Jerusalem by the Romans and the destruction of the Jerusalem Temple, ending with the fall of the Masada fortress.
