Joint pain. Differential diagnosis

The leadership presents brief information about the anatomy and joint functions, the methods of their objective research with elements of differential diagnostics are described in detail, the main paraclinical research methods in arthrology and the interpretation of their results are presented. From the standpoint of early diagnosis, differential diagnosis of the underlying rheumatic and non -neo -productive diseases, most common in rheumatological practice and optionally or necessarily accompanied by pain in the joints and spine, is described. Diagnostic search schemes for poly-, oligo-, monoarticular lesion, with back pain and luster soft tissues, are set out. The leadership is intended for practicing doctors-breeds, therapists, doctors of all specialties, and senior students of medical universities.
