The work presented is a continuation of the study of the problems of judicial discretion in Russian criminal law, which began in monographs “Problems of Judicial discretion in Russian criminal law” (Vladimir, 2005) and “Sources of the Judicial discretion in the institutions of criminal liability and punishment from punishment "(Moscow, 2011).

The real monograph did not exhaust and could not exhaust all the issues related to judicial discretion in criminal law, rather was another step in this direction.

for teachers , researchers, graduate students and students of higher educational institutions, employees of bodies and institutions of the penal system.
