Juniper Chinese Kurivao Gold is a strong -sized coniferous shrub with an openwork wide, often asymmetric crown. The height of an adult plant is 1.5-2m and the same in diameter. The branches are wide, sprawling, grow up. Young shoots of bright golden color look very decorative against the background of a more green scaly needles. An annual increase up to 15-20 cm. It tolerates a haircut well, can be used to create a bonsai. The soils are unpretentious, but prefers loose, slightly acidic, loamy or sandy soils. Prefers sunny places. Resistant to drought and city conditions. It is used in group and single plantings to create landscape compositions.

When planting, it is important that the root neck is not buried.

Junipers prefer the soil with a reaction from slightly acidic to neutral. The soil mixture is made in a ratio of 2: 1: 1 from peat, sand and sod land, respectively. After planting, the plant must be abundantly watered for a week.
