Legal documentation - a new academic discipline introduced in legal universities and aimed at acquiring practical skills in the implementation of legal work.

The textbook discusses in detail the rules for creating legal documents: legislative, corporate, legalization and law enforcement documents. The presentation of the material is accompanied by schemes and drawings. At the end of the textbook, a list of recommended literature is given.

The application for training students for the preparation of legal documents is given the most common samples, the methodological support of the course is also placed.

The legislation is given as of September 1 2017

for bachelors and teachers of law universities and faculties, as well as practicing lawyers.
