Kanashibari. Until the last lantern goes out. Volume 1. Sheng A., Sheng V.
Japanese students Hinata and Minori return from the library home by bus. The usual trip ends with a terrible blow, screams. And darkness. When friends open their eyes again, the streets of their native Tokyo change in an inconceivable way. And are they in Tokyo at all?
The buildings are crumpled and crushed, the electric wires are cut off, the sidewalks are drowned in garbage. Only one old shop seems intact and unharmed. Is it only worth it to enter this strange black house with a bright sign “The beginning of a new kaydan”? When the door slammed behind friends, they understand that they were trapped. And there is only one way out of it: to play with monsters in the game and win. But is it possible to remain a person playing by monstrous rules?
