This book is not another attempt on myths or the exposure of historical truth. This is an attempt to understand one of the most complex and confusing stories of the last century - the death of Polish officers in Katyn. How, when, by whom and under what circumstances they were destroyed (they call numbers from 3 to 22 thousand people)? Today we have two versions of the same crime. The first - this was done by the Germans in the fall of 1941. The second-the officers were shot by the NKVD in the spring of 1940. Both versions are supported by a huge amount of evidence, documents and testimonies.

The authors of the book are trying to put an end to Katyn business, using not emotions, not political intrigues as evidence, but exclusively facts.
