This story began in the distant fifties of the last century from small humorous drawings by the artist Jean-Jacques Samp. His friend writer Rene Gosinni decided to write texts to these drawings. The result was funny comics stories, the hero of which was the baby Nicolas. Readers very much fell in love with this pretty boy and were looking forward to the publication of the next story. Many years have passed since then, but Nicolas is still unusually popular, and the children in many countries of the world even managed to make friends with him.
