The publication is a basic course of the Korean language and is intended for a wide range of readers. The manual will allow mastering the most necessary vocabulary and grammar corresponding to the level of Topik I (level 1-2).

The book consists of a capacious introductory course in the writing and phonetics of the Korean language and from the lexical and grammatical course (20 lessons). Each lesson contains a brief dictionary of targeted vocabulary, an understandable presentation of grammar, exercises for the development of material, as well as interesting facts about Koreans and the life of morning freshness in the country. At the end of the book, keys to all exercises and a small Korean-Russian dictionary are given. The original author's technique proves that it is not necessary to cram to actively use a foreign language. Having worked all twenty lessons, the reader will learn to speak on household topics, write short sentences and read small texts in Korean.

This manual is intended for readers who want to learn Korean on their own or in courses.
