Krivulin V. Prose. Comp. Kushlina O., Sheinker M.
The collection of prose by the poet Viktor Borisovich Krivulin (1944-2001) includes the most significant works created for two decades of his literary work. The main external condition for the creative life of Krivulin, like many other writers of his generation and circle, in Soviet times was the fundamental impossibility of free access to a wide reader, which served as an impetus for the formation of an alternative cultural space, called an unofficial culture, which Krivulin was one of the leaders. But the external restrictions at the same time gave the ultimate inner freedom and contributed to creative independence. Over time, the verses and prose of Krivulin not only did not lose relevance, but found a new sound and new meanings.
