Fedor Fedorovich Rodkolnikov (real name-Ilyin) (1892-1939)-Soviet military and statesman, diplomat. During the preparation and holding of the October Revolution, one of the leaders of the Kronstadt Party Organization, a member of the Bureau of the Military Organization at the Central Committee and the PC of the RSDLP (b).
