The textbook was prepared by the faculty of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the G. V. Plekhanov in accordance with the State Educational Standard.

He contains a study of the legal regulation of the main types of public relations arising in economic activity. Particular attention was paid to participation in the economic relations of the state both in the person of state authorities and legal entities established by it and (or) controlled by it in one or another legal form. The presentation of the material is carried out with the involvement of doctrinal sources (scientific research of leading representatives of the general theory of law, civil law, entrepreneurial (economic) law), the norms of the current legislation and the practice of its application by the courts of the state judicial system and arbitration courts. Separately, it should be noted the chapter included in the textbook on the legal regulation of agricultural production, economic security and the resolution of economic disputes (including interstate).
