In the proposed essays, the author tried to consider the pattern of the revolutionary process, turning to the analysis of mainly legal legal grounds and ideas that accompanied the transformation of the revolutionary myth for a long time. The indispensable political and legal component of the revolutionary idea was necessarily expressed either in the form of utopian projects and concepts, or in completely implemented projects of revolutionary transformations. The author sought to trace precisely those intersections and parallels that take place in the processes of the development of a revolutionary myth and the legal idea that accompanied him: the power and law in its interaction determined the overall picture of a particular revolutionary era, giving it a genuine historical realism and concreteness, any myth. It requires that he be read in a language that is characteristic only of him.
