Laws of the Great Dynasty Min. Part 4

This work is the final, fourth part of the translation into Russian of the Laws of the Great Min Dynasty, the first three parts of which were published in 1997, 2002 and 2012. The fourth part included the last two sections of the monument called "Laws on the Punish Department" and "Laws on the Department of Works". In the published meeting of the Minsk legal establishments, the section “Laws on the Punish Department” is the largest (11 chapters out of 30 and 171 legislative article out of 460). The material contained in this section is an important source for the understanding and study of such important problems of the Minsk era as methods of country management, shipping, family-clan relations, etc.
