These lectures are devoted to the analysis of crimes against family and minors (Chapter 20 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In the work, based on a large number of materials of judicial practice, doctrinal analysis of subjective and objective signs of crimes contained in Art. 150-157 of the Criminal Code. To illustrate the doctrinal provisions, numerous examples from the modern practice of ships at various levels are given. The legislation is given as of April 1, 2019. These lectures are given by the author at the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov in an abbreviated form as part of the course “Criminal Law. A special part ”(for bachelors). They have a scientific and practical orientation and are intended for both students and graduate students, and for practicing lawyers.
