The text of the book is based on the material of two lecture courses, which the author read to students of the Department of Organic Chemistry of the Faculty of Chemistry of Moscow State University, as well as students of the Higher Chemical College of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In lectures, a review of the basic possibilities of using one -dimensional Methods of the IAMR in organic chemistry, illustrated by solving interesting problems, gives issues and tasks for independent work. The author introduces his listeners to the main facts of the history of the development of the JAMR and with scientists who have made an important contribution to this development.
