Despite the high role of money as a universally recognized means of payment, in certain areas of the economy related to the production and turnover of various goods, various forms of natural trade as a way of organizing economic life remain significant. Despite the development of civil circulation and the emergence of new innovative technologies, the money is not able to completely replace the natural form of payment, the attractiveness and convenience of which in certain areas of the economy is difficult to overestimate. In this book, based on the analysis and generalization of judicial practice, the basic legal constructions with a natural form of payment were investigated: commodity loan, non -monetary rent, exchange agreement, natural maintenance under an annuity agreement, payment of procedural costs, payment of salaries and insurance compensation in kind, as well as A property penalty accrued in cubic meters, square meters and kilograms.
