The proposed methodological manual is compiled in relation to the textbook of arithmetic for grade 2 A.S. Beihlko and can act as additional guidance in the teaching of discipline. The developed training program consists of 198 lessons, which are distributed in training quarters. If necessary, the teacher has the right to adjust the structure of any lesson at his discretion - for example, to devote more time to tasks that cause difficulties.

The manual is built taking into account the gradual increase in the level of complexity studied by what allows you to find alternative methods for solving problems based on previously acquired knowledge.

The authors concentrated the main emphasis on explaining new material, both in the field of calculations and in solving problems. In addition, in a number of sections the necessary place of organization and work of a practical nature is given. To consolidate and control the assimilation of the material, examples of independent and control work are given.

The manual is intended for primary school teachers and parents whose children are at home school.
