from the author:
I am a psychologist and often work with adolescents, I help them figure out how Make life happier. Many of them want to learn to communicate. Therefore, I decided to write this book: I want to help you become happier. I know how important friendship is, and I understand how difficult relations of friends are sometimes. I will talk about those tricks that I teach my patients.
there is another reason why I took up this book. As a child, I was shy and missed a lot of opportunities to find friends simply because I was scared to join the company of peers - or I did not understand how to do it. But what if they don’t like me? Or will they start laughing? Suddenly we will not find a common language?
I still did not know what to do when friends quarrel. With age, I began to understand how to behave, and developed a system of techniques that help to get acquainted, maintain friendship and not miss a single interesting opportunity. Now I have many friends, although it is still difficult for me to communicate with strangers.
