The duration of the organization’s life cycle and its stages depends on many factors that determines among which is the effectiveness of management. The effectiveness of the organization depends on how its managers and employees understand, evaluate and take into account in their actions its life cycle and the features of each of its stage, how adequately the leaders select methods for managing organizational changes. Modern organizations operating in the conditions of continuous changes in the external environment are experiencing a series of centralization, mergers, decentralization processes, as well as restructuring management systems, up to the procedures for the restructuring and development of the network of small firms around the preserved nucleus of the mother company.
