“The castle” is the last and most mysterious book of the Austrian classic Franz Kafka. Ordered madness or crazy orderliness - these expressions equally describe what is happening in the novel and at the same time do not convey half of that absurdity that has already been called Kafkian. The hero of Roman K., who pretends himself as a land surveyor, will be surprised to find out that he is a surveyor. K. unsuccessfully tries to get into the castle, the path to which eternity can last.
