The book is devoted to one of the most urgent problems of obstetrics - loss of pregnancy. From the clinical point of view, the most relevant problem seems to be familiar than sporadic gestational loss. The issues of the formation and development of the mother -placenta - the fetus with an uncomplicated pregnancy, the etiology of the usual loss of pregnancy, the pathogenesis of disorders of the states of the embryo and the fetus in women with the usual loss of pregnancy in an anamnesis are considered. The echographic features of the development of the embryo and extraembreal structures with the usual loss of pregnancy, the possibility of early diagnosis and correction of identified disorders are considered in detail.
