Lost compass. Ross D.
“Lost Compass” - the continuation of Joel Ross Fantasy “Fog Diver”. When I managed the earth, scientists created nanits - tiny devices that cleanse the atmosphere of pollution. No one expected the cars to turn against their creators, becoming a source of death for them. The continuation of the “foggy diver” again takes the reader to the post-apocalyptic world, in which civilization, expelled by Nanits, lives somewhere almost in the skies. Despite the “high position”, humanity has not changed: all the same greed, cruelty and thirst for power control human minds and actions. But at the same time, there are love and patriotism that can change the present and future. Chez, Hazel, the Swede, Loretta and Bee fled from the slum, but they are not able to get rid of the main problem of mankind - fog, which can absorb the city where they found salvation. As soon as they arrive in a gold port, in which they dream of living freely and happily and to find a house and security, it turns out that Lord Kodok, the ruler of the roof of the world and slum, his plans. He is looking for a mysterious machine called a compass, a device hidden somewhere on the ground in the heart of the fog. The legend says that when activating, the compass will be able to not only control the fog, but also save the planet from it. However, if he falls into the hands of Kodok, the latter will receive power to solve the fate of the earth and subjugate the fog all surviving cities. The cracker knows who will lead him to this power, so he will stop at anything to get a foggy diver. Before Ches and his team - Captain Hazel, the pilot Shrek, the warrior Loretta and engineer Bi - there is almost an unfulfilled task: to find a mysterious compass before the Lord Kodok does it, otherwise everyone will die. Together with his team, Ches passes the most dangerous trials in the race, where every moment can be the last.
