Philip Jose Farmer (1918–2009)-an American science fiction writer, whose hallmark was the shocking and commitment to adventurous and fantastic plots.

His "lovers" were rejected by a number of large publishers, including The famous John W. Kempbell, editor of “amazing science fiction”, but readers met the creation of the young author with enthusiasm, evidence of which “Hugo” -1953, “the most promising new author.”

Farmer strengthened His reputation as a rebel and dreamer. He published “sexual fantastic” novels in the porn publishing of “Essex House”. He quarreled with Kurt Vonnegut, making the author of his work of Kilgor Trut, alter ego Wonnegut. He revived the life of Fileas Fogg and Tarzan, giving the classical literary heroes of rough physicality and giving them the abilities of real superheroes. He created a number of amazing cycles: “river world”, “multi -tier world”, “world of days”, the strange and attractive plots of which have been delighted with readers for more than a decade.
