Lubrication for guide sorts of the Navy MS 1630, 30 g, tube
The new lubricant MS 1630 is great for lubricating the guide calipers, including rubber bushings. Temperature and viscous characteristics allow lubrication to work in extreme conditions -from -50 ° C to +200 ° C. MS 1630 protects against flipping, lawsuits and dries of guides, ensuring uniform wear of the pads and safe braking. Fine -dispersed PTFE particles in contact interaction areas form a thin dividing film, which, under certain conditions, can significantly reduce the coefficient of friction. And with insufficient lubrication, the formed film is able to separate the rubbing surfaces for some time. Thanks to the unique physical and chemical properties, PTFE is able to maintain its operational characteristics even when working in aggressive environments in a wide range of temperatures. The pollen of the guides are exposed to external influences; Contact with reagents, pollution, water. As a result, they destroy, change shape, elasticity and can no longer provide 100% protection of bushings and guides from rust, distorting of pads and seals.
