These fruits can also be eaten, most often it is found in Asian cuisine. To the taste of Luff resembles ripened cucumbers or zucchini. Young leaves, shoots, buds and flowers are preparing for a side dish, slightly stirring up and tuck it with oil. Ripe seeds are fried and eaten like seeds or nuts. Luff oil is obtained from them. It is used in the production of high -quality lipstick.
