Lung ventilation in anesthesiology and intensive therapy
This leadership reflects the current state of artificial (IVL) and an auxiliary (UVL) lung ventilation. Much attention is paid to the impact of respiratory support on various functions of the body, the methods of the Ivl and Uvl and their correct choice in a specific clinical situation. The features of respiratory support in the process of general anesthesia during surgery in patients with excess body mass on the lungs and respiratory tract, in special sections of anesthesiology, as well as in intensive care of various genesis are presented. The authors described the “intellectual” lung ventilation modes and special functions built into modern respirators.
