The manual is addressed to parents of 2-3-year-old children. The author sets two main tasks:

1. To introduce parents to the educational areas of development of the baby, providing them with a system of game exercises and tasks for their assimilation.

2. Provide diagnostic tasks for a baby who turned 3 years old so that adults can determine whether the child is ready for the next age period (younger preschool age).
