The training manual presents a description of the macro- and microrecarations studied in practical classes on general and special pathological anatomy, equipped with appropriate illustrations. The authors give an overview of the principles of the preparation of macropyed and the basics of histological technology, demonstrate the color of histological sections and methods of histochemical, ultrastructural and immunohymic research. The reference book provides a brief anatomical and hystological characteristic of normal organs and the description of the macrodisales, as well as the methodology for studying micropreparations. The textbook contains 348 drawings, including photographs of macro- and microrecarations.

The textbook is compiled in accordance with the curriculum of the course of pathological anatomy and is intended for students studying in English in the specialty 05/31/01 “Therapeutic business”.
