The book of Magdalena Grokhovskaya is a huge range of topics covering the seventy years of active work of the hedgehog Gedroits (1906-2000), an outstanding figure in the Polish emigration of the 20th century. Hedgehogs of the Gedroits - politician, publicist, founder and editor of the magazine Culture, member of the editorial board of the Magazine Continent, honorary doctor of several universities, an honorary citizen of Lithuania. The book also presents the portrait gallery of the writers with whom he collaborated: Vitold Gombrovich, Cheslav Milos, Gustav Gerling-Grudzinsky, Juzef Chapsky and others. Magdalena Grokhovskaya graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of the University of Warsaw, since 1996 he has been cooperating with the Polish liberal "Gazeta of the Varion".
