Management through law: regulatory policy in Russia and abroad
as part of measures dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, on March 31, 2021, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Management through Law” on the topic “Regulatory Policy-Reflection in the Russian and Foreign Administrative law ". The conference was attended by more than 150 people, among whom were representatives of Russia, Italy, Slovakia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and other countries.
The most urgent problems of the formation of the mechanism for the implementation of the regulatory policy of a modern state, requiring the creation of new legal models and structures, are considered, which are based on positive and jurisdictional procedures, which regulates the effects of public relations, which suggest a wide implementation of the assessment tool such an impact, the possibilities of strategic planning, as well as a wide participation in the state administration of representatives of civil society and the entrepreneurial community. The development of such tools in the Russian Federation is possible subject to the generalization of the best foreign practices of the state regulatory policy.
