The mid-season variety (from seedlings to commodity fitness is 80-90 days). Vertical, compact leaves, 60 cm high. The leaves are large, elongated-oval, saturatedly green with a slightly painted surface. The petioles are light green, 25 cm long. It grows very quickly, so regular cutting is required. The value of the variety: resistance to flowering, cold resistance, is not demanding on soils. It is rich in vitamins C, B1, B2 and PP, carotene, mineral salts, proteins and sugars. The use of mangold juice contributes to the formation of red blood cells, expanding blood vessels, improving memory, recommended with anemia, cleanses the gall bladder, liver, kidneys.
