Manual people. Grabovsky I.
This fun, good book by Jan Grabovsky has collected stories about sincere confidence in animals to good people. We only think that we tame animals. In fact, it happens and vice versa. Animals look closely at people and choose friends themselves.
So, for example, a formidable rooster takes a girl as a girlfriend. The wolf faithfully serves as a watchman in the house where they love him. A whole flock of sparrows “adopts” a person, because he, according to their ideas, is helpless and needs care. This is how manual people appear in the world.
These wonderful stories were translated by Boris Zakhoder, a famous writer, poet and translator of many works of world children's classics. Illustrations for the book were created by a wonderful contemporary artist Vladimir Staheev.
