The textbook contains a systematic presentation of the educational discipline "Marketing of customs services". Elements of the theory of marketing and an innovative approach to its use in the field of customs services are presented. The concept of “customs services” has been introduced, a system of customs services was determined and its structural-parametric description is given. The conceptual provisions of strategic marketing, service-oriented customs administration and methodological provisions of marketing in the field of customs services are formulated. The tools of marketing are adapted in relation to state customs services.
Issues of administrative regulation and management of state customs services are set out, the existing system of management of customs authorities is disclosed, and its development directions on the principles of strategic marketing are determined.
