Mastain: Autobiography of the Hevi-Metal icon. Mustain D.
Dave Mustain is a vocalist, songwriter and guitarist Hevi-Metal-Group Megadeth. Before creating a “perfect monster... perfect group”, Mustaine was a member of Metallica on a heavy “trash” scene of the 1980s. His memoirs are a story about a constant struggle: for a place under the sun, music, recognition, success and life. As well as the story of survival, atonement and faith. Mustaine grew up in Los Angeles, and his mother raised him. Parents divorced when the boy was four years old. Being a “lonely” child, trying to escape from severe reality, he came up with his own world. He became interested in sports, especially baseball, and ultimately began to play music.
Drugs and alcohol pass through the life of Muststyna with a red thread. Dave was addicted at an early age, and “tied”, already when he exchanged the fifth ten. Another test was an injury, which almost put a cross on his career. A clamp nerve, a clamped nerve almost cost him the most important roles in his life: a musician, father and husband. The idea that he could never play the guitar, drove crazy, causing relapse and forcing Dave to be in the arms of drugs and alcohol again. However, it was the injury that ultimately led the musician to faith in God.
Dave Mustain-the legend of Hevi-Meutal; His music served as an inspiration for a whole generation of fans and musicians, and he proved that absolutely everything is possible with faith. An exciting, frank and sincere book perfectly draws a portrait of a legendary musician and helps to understand how his personality was formed. Dave's story is instructive and harsh. After unceremonious dismissal from Metallica, he not only did not break, but also found the strength to continue, giving the world one of the best metal groups in the genre.
