This monograph is a continuation of the previously published work of the author “The concept of stimulating participants in the criminal process to cooperation with the preliminary investigation authorities and the court: theoretical foundations”. The monograph comprehensively investigates the system of stimulating the participants in the criminal process to cooperation with the preliminary investigation authorities and the court. On the basis of the author’s concept and the mechanism of stimulating participants in the criminal process, formal and informal means of such stimulation are presented.
