The leadership describes modern technologies of medical and sociological research as the methodological basis of medical and sociological monitoring, used to solve strategic and tactical problems that arise in the process of managing the social sphere. As an example, such a complex social practice is taken as a basis, which is currently a compulsory medical insurance system. Monitoring objects are represented by complexes of medical, sociological and socio-economic indicators, the measurement and analysis of which make it possible to make rational managerial decisions aimed at protecting and strengthening the health of the population.
