In the fourth, processed and supplemented publication (the first one was released in 1997, the second in 2000, the third in 2014) presented programs and algorithms for clinical laboratory diagnostics of the most common diseases and syndromes. Modern data on etiologies, pathogenesis, the course of the course and control of the treatment of most examined diseases are given. The management is supplemented by materials on the diagnosis of such socially significant diseases as Covid-19, infectious meningitis and poisoning with modern synthetic narcotic compounds.
