Medunitsa is interesting as a decorative-deciduous plant that retains its “leaf advantages” throughout the season. Blooms in April -May. At the beginning of flowering, the flower is pink, then the color changes to blue. The leaves are large, very decorative, appear at the end of flowering, beautiful all season, are not afraid of frost. It prefers shady places, grows poorly in open sunny areas. The soils are necessary moderately wet, fertile, sandy or loamy.
