Memories of the Iron Chancellor. Bismarck O. von
Otto von Bismarck (1815–1898) is the first chancellor of the German Empire, which influenced not only the formation of a single German state. The consequence of his strategic intentions and actions largely was the redrawing of the map of Europe as a whole. Scientists of different countries agree that modern Germany is the core of the current European Union precisely thanks to Bismarck.
Otto von Bismarck's memoirs talk in detail about the personality of the Iron Chancellor and the contribution that he made to the political life of Europe. The "ironness" of the future chancellor did not appear by itself. Bismarck on his life path had to overcome what we encounter today: the betrayal of friends, slander, injustice, injury, hypocrisy. A proud and ambitious man, he knew how to be a devoted emperor and nation, but even did not forgive him offended.
