Yakov Danilovich Mintchenkov (1878-1938)-a native of the Lugansk Cossacks, a student of N. A. Kasatkin and V. A. Serov. Active participant in the partnership of mobile art exhibitions, painter, sculptor and teacher. Unfortunately, most of his works died during the Great Patriotic War, but we remained his memories of the Wanderers, first published back in 1940 and were very popular for many years.
