Memories. Zasulich V.
The book of the memoirs of Vera Ivanovna Zasulich (1851–1919). The daughter of provincial nobles lost her father early, received a teacher's diploma in Moscow, and participated in populist circles from her youth. In 1878, she shot at the St. Petersburg mayor F.F. Trepov, the bullet hit the official in the left side, the wound would not be fatal. The jury was justified. Zasulich quickly disappointed in terror and switched to the position of Marxism, one of the founders of the Labor Liberation group; In the last years of her life, together with Plekhanov, she participated in the defense group “Unity”. The Great October Socialist Revolution did not adopt. The 69-year-old revolutionary died in 1919 in Petrograd.
