In the International Agency "People in Black", a real crisis is brewing. The Mole in the ranks of the agency helps the aggressive race of aliens, known as a swarm, plunge the universe into chaos. This mission will make the agents to grin around the globe: from London to Morocco, and from there to the Eiffel Tower. So, two agents are needed that can see the truth where others cannot see it to defeat the swarm, identify the traitor and save the universe.
